Mr. Brown joined us in August 2004 as Vice President Finance, was appointed our Chief Financial Officer in November 2004 and our Chief Operating Officer in March 2015. On January 7, 2016, Mr. Brown was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Mr. Brown was a manager in the Canadian Operations of Weyerhaeuser Company and MacMillan Bloedel Limited’s building products distribution businesses from 1998 to 2004. From 1997 to 1998, Mr. Brown was the Director of Acquisitions for Wajax Limited, and prior to that worked at Deloitte & Touche in Vancouver, British Columbia, and at a predecessor firm to PriceWaterhouseCoopers in the United Kingdom. Mr. Brown is a Chartered Professional Accountant, a CFA Charterholder, and has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia.

Mr. Bull is the Chairman of the West Property Group, the President of P.M. Bull & Company Ltd., a wholly owned private investment company and the past president and owner of Blenheim Realty Ltd., an advisor to Canadian institutional investors and European and Asian commercial property owners. He is also currently a director and Vice-Chair of Providence Health Care and a director of Tree Island Steel Ltd. Previously, Mr. Bull served on the boards of Vancouver College, Corpus Christi and St. Mark’s Colleges. Mr. Bull has a Bachelor of Commerce in Urban Land Economics and Finance from the University of British Columbia.

Ms. Burke is a senior executive with professional director experience in corporate strategy and governance having served on both public and private boards for the past 15 years.  She is currently a Director of Coast Capital Savings, Board Chair and Special Advisor with Horizn, a digital acceleration platform designed for financial institutions, and President, Burke and Stanhope Business Solutions.  Her past directorships include Halton Health Services, Postmedia Networks, Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation, and Acadia University. Ms. Burke has a Master of Business Administration from Harvard University, a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from Acadia University and holds an Institute of Corporate Directors designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors.

Mr. Judd has over 25 years of senior leadership experience, driving growth for public and private companies in the building industry.  His career includes roles as the Chief Executive Officer of Novo Building Products, PrimeSource Building Products, Snappy HVAC and Bluelinx Holdings.  Mr. Judd’s experience further includes serving as board chairman and a board member of several companies focused on manufacturing and distribution operations in Canada and the United States. He is a Strategic Advisor to Blue Wolf Capital Partners. Mr. Judd has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Western Connecticut State University.

Ms. Lewis is a Corporate Director and former Principal at CapStreet Group, a middle-market private equity firm.  Prior to that, she was Chief Strategy Officer for NOW Inc. (NYSE:DNOW), an industrial supplies distributor, from 2014 to 2018.  She was also Senior Vice President of Strategy and Shared Services for the Distribution and Transmission business unit of National Oilwell Varco.  Prior to National Oilwell Varco, Ms. Lewis spent 20 years in various sales, managerial and interim management roles in consulting and restructuring in both public and private sectors. Ms. Lewis holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from The University of Texas and a Master of Business Administration from Rice University.

Mr. Macaulay is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Duinick, Inc., a privately held group of companies whose main lines of business are ashphalt paving, concrete ready-mix manufacturing and golf course construction.  Prior that that, he was Chief Financial Officer of the Marvin Companies, a group of companies specializing in the construction of windows and doors from 2013 to 2022.  In addition to these roles, he has held several senior positions at multiple companies, including Steelcase, Inc. and Carlson Companies. He received his Master of Management with concentrations in Finance and Management Policy from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management. In his career, Mr. Macaulay has also served in the capacity of Vice President of Supply Chain Management, Global Procurement Officer, and Vice President of Corporate Strategy.

Ms. Tang is a senior finance executive and corporate director with 25 years of experience in finance and business leadership. Ms. Tang’s experience spans over both publicly traded and private companies operating in Canada or globally. She is currently Chief Financial Officer of Skyservice Investments Inc. and was the former Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust (“RioCan”). Prior to RioCan, Ms. Tang held progressively senior finance executive positions with Dream Global REIT, Symphony Senior Living Inc., Chartwell Retirement Residences, Waterfront Toronto and KPMG. Ms. Tang is a Director of Choice Properties, a Trustee of Dream Office REIT, a member of the Board of Governors for a school in Toronto and is also a community member of the Capital Development Advisory Committee for the North York General Hospital Board of Governors in Toronto. Ms. Tang is a CPA, CA and a CFA Charterholder and holds a Master of Science in Accounting degree from the University of Saskatchewan.

Mr. Taylor is President of Sonepar North America and is responsible for operations in the U.S., Canada, Mexico and Central America. Sonepar is an independent family-owned company with global market leadership in B-to-B distribution of electrical products, solutions and related services. Before joining Sonepar, Mr. Taylor led the global sales and marketing integration efforts for Eaton’s acquisition of Cooper Industries. Prior to this role, Mr. Taylor was the chief marketing officer for Cooper Industries. Mr. Taylor worked for General Electric for 16 years prior to joining Cooper Industries where he most recently served as GM, Canada for GE’s Consumer and Industrial Division and president of GE Home Electric Products. Mr. Taylor graduated from Bowling Green State University with a dual major in production and operations management and procurement and materials management. Mr. Taylor also has a Master of Business Administration from Baldwin Wallace College.
